Great Commandment: Great Commission Love God, Love Others and Make Disciples who do the same!

Our mission is clear. Jesus was not vague about this task. He modeled it, commanded it, and then guided the New Testament church to do it. A fully trained disciple is a Spirit-filled mature believer who is involved in and capable of reaching and discipling her peers for Christ. The making of disciples is primarily through a relational focus.

Making sure the next generation of leaders is trained and prepared for ministry is a core focus of Greater Reach.

Each of our staff members is very intentional with their investment in rising leaders through mentoring. Each staff also leads small groups and classes regularly to help women deepen in their spiritual growth. They meet with women one on one who show a display of leadership, spiritual maturity, interest in ministry and teachability.
